A ma connaissance l'épithète heterosphaera n'existe pas dans le genre Scutellinia. Il existe S. heterospora Clem. mais qui, selon Schumacher (1990), pourrait être synonyme de S. umbrorum, espèce qui possède des ascospores ellipsoïdales.
Je pense qu'il faut rechercher vers S. minor (Velen) Svr.

of course you are right. I also treat this type as nom. prov. until it is validly publicly described. Whether this will ever be the case, I do not know.
