I think Hafellner treats mainly or only lichenised species.

Oh, then I am wrong. I can send you Hafellner, but it is djvu, so you need the Viewer for this format.

I can only recommend to install djview , it is a fast and comfortable small viewer, and the format saves a lot of space, the file will grow strongly when you convert it to pdf.
