Mould on jam

Hi forum,

My mirabelle plum jam is not very appetizing, isn't it ?

Conidia are subsphaerical, zebra, 4,5-5 µm diam., 3,8-4,2 µm high. No conidiogenous cells observed.

Does somedy know it ?

Alain

Re : Mould on jam
Hello Alain, photos 2 and 3 remind me of the macroscopic structures of Penicillium when they are very mature, but if you have not seen any kind of conidiophores......................?
Regards
Angel
