to me the pycnidia look like they belong to the lichen
there exist also some lichenicolous coelomycetes on Cladonias like e.g. Hainesia

but this is not the case, I think

Concerning Hainesia, you can update :
Lichenicolous species of Hainesia belong to Phacidiales (Leotiomycetes) and are included in an
extended concept of Epithamnolia
