We have found this to day, on Betula pubescens.Ca. 2 mm, oval and dark.
Spores with many segments, 54-65 x 15-17 my, dark.
We hope for a name.

I think these are actually stray ascospores of Pleomassaria siparia, in an overmature ascoma.
