Hello everybody, on decayed hardwood e.g. Quercus
Hello AF,I am looking for literature on members of Lachnaceae with violet/purple coloration of hairs and/or excipular cells in the presence of KOH. I'm aware of some Belonidium and Trichopeziza with this feature. I am particularly interested in species which are both stipitate and have abundant marginal hairs.
I have already consulted the following:
CHLEBICKÁ M. (2013): A revision of Trichopeziza lizonii, T. sulphurea and T. violascens (Ascomycota, Helotiales) from the herbarium PRM with notes on type material of Peziza sulphurea. – Acta Mus. Nat. Pragae, Ser. B, Hist. Nat., 69: 93–100
Dennis, R.W.G. 1962. A reassessment of Belonidium Mont. & Dur.. Persoonia. 2(2):171-191
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
