In the white core I found conidia (photo B1, B2) with following dimensions 7.5 - 10.1 × 4.2 - 5.3 µm; Q = 1.6 - 2 ; Me = 8.6 × 4.8 µm ; Qe = 1.8. Are these chlamydospores? Does anyone have experience with this?

Hello François,
According to Leslie et al, Fusarium heterosporum does not produce chlamydospores or microconidia.
According to Nelson, Tousson & Marasas, Fusarium heterosporum does not produce micronidia, Chlamydospores are present in chains.
In neither case is it like your sample.
The elliptical conidia in your sample should be something other than Fusarium sp.
