Does anyone have this one:

Matsushima, T. 2001. Matsushima Mycological Memoirs 10. Published by the author, Kobe, Japan.

It doesn't seem that there are many physical copies of it, and I don't know where to get the CD from.

my notes say that it was printed with 2 copies because of validity of new species.

The pdf is 55 MB.
