Geoglossum

Malcolm GreavesI found two black Geoglossum in soil on a pathside bank. The spores are 7 septate and c 90um long. The paraphyses are swollen but often have a "ducks bill" shape.
These seem to fit with G pseudoumbratile. Does this seem reasonable?
Thanks

Re : Geoglossum
Hello Malcolm,

yes, they are typical paraphyses of pseudoumbratile.

Sabino.
