The spores are up to 16.5 long which with the limited information I have looks to be more in keeping with paludosa.
Can anyone confirm or reject the idea that it is gracilis or could it be something else altogether.

I see more orange at the head and whitish at the stipe. Yes, M. paludosa would be an option when growing in standing water. Of course asci and paraphyses would give further hints.
