Non, pas grand-chose à voir. Outre que les deux genres n'appartiennent pas à la même famille, les caractères microscopiques sont différents.

La récolte vient du haut Beaujolais et m'a fait penser à Hydnotrya michaelis que j'avais trouvé sur le plateau de Millevaches en ... mai 1988.
