"hairs" on top of paraphysis cup fungus

I would like to know what species of cup fungus this is. On the top of the paraphysis I see some "hairy" excressences. Could this be diagnostic? I never saw this before.

I suspect those are bacteria. It's interesting that they are attached to paraphyses like that.
