Encontrada en un embalse a 1100 msnm, creciendo sobre lo que parece ser Polytrichum piliferum, en una senda umbría junto a una plantación de Pinus sp.
Apotecios de 1cm de diámetro los mayores y 0,5 cm de altura, con un pequeño pseudoestipe.
Ascas octospóricas sin reacción en el ápice en Lugol. Se observan pelos en el exterior del apotecio, algunos septados. Paráfisis algo engrosadas en el ápice con abundante contenido naranja.
Esporas ornamentadas con verrugas inconexas, medidas en agua:
(18,6) 19,9 - 23,4 (24,5) × (11,6) 13,5 - 15,7 (16,5) µm
Q = (1,2) 1,3 - 1,65 (1,7); N = 35
Me = 21,6 × 14,6 µm; Qe = 1,5
Al ver que el briofito es P. piliferum pensé que podría tratarse de Neotiella vivida, pero el tamaño de las esporas parece algo pequeño. Tampoco encuentro ninguna Octospora que me encaje.
A ver qué opinión os merece.

Can you show ascospores in Cotton blue to better evaluate the ornamentation?

Thanks for the reply! The last 2 photos of spores are with lactophenol blue but it did not react well. I can still make another sample, I'll see what I get, although during the observation I didn't see any ornamentation other than the warts.

These are the best photos I have been able to take, in lactophenol.
