Conidiomata on Pinus sylvestris cones
Åge Oterhals, 27-02-2026 12:56
Found on fallen cones of Pinus sylvestris in midle of February.
Conidiomata ovale, up to 1 x 1,5 mm, cracking open with several slits. Conidiespores hyaline, guttulate, 7,9-9,5 x 2,0-2,4 µm.
Might resemble Micraspis strobilina, however, this species should have somewhat smaler conidia (4-8 x 1,5-2 µm).
Hope someone can help me further with this.

Best regards
Åge
