Good evening everyone,On 18/03/26 I found a few ascos along a brookside in Oostkamp, ??Belgium.
The fruiting bodies grew from stromata on Juncus effusus.
I conclude it is Myriosclerotinia curreyana.
Can this be confirmed?
Macroscopic:
° Apothecia: cross-section: up to 9 mm
° Stem: black and length up to 2.5 mm
° Sclerotia: black; 6.5x3 mm; content brown-white; multiple fruiting bodies from 1 sclerotium
Microscopic:
° Asci: with croziers; very weak IKI+; 6 to 8 spores
° Spores: narrow allantoid with rounded ends; (measured in water and from sporee)

Me = 10.4 × 1.5 µm ; Qe = 6.8
Many thx in advance,
William
