Good evening all,recently I found a portion of a Stemonitopsis typhina colony overgrown by, I think, a hypocrealean species.
The conidiophores are highly branched and conidia are formed at the tips.
Conidia:
(5.2) 5.4 - 6.6 ( 6.8 ) × (2.5) 2.6 - 3.1 (3.7) µm
Q = (1.7) 1.8 - 2.2 (2.4) ; N = 30
Me = 5.9 × 2.9 µm ; Qe = 2.1
I found out that Acrodontium myxomyceticola could be a possible determination.
But I am certainly not sure about this.
Any other suggestion(-s)?
