Bonjour à tous,Je sollicite votre aide pour la détermination d'un ascomycète que j'ai trouvé sur une petite branche morte de Tilia (diamètre 1 cm.)
Voici mes données:
Perithecium: 325 - 430 µm, noir.
Spores: 21 - 24 x 7 - 8 µm, septés à maturité (3 cloisons)
Asques: 175 - 215 x 9 - 10 µm. J'ai l' impression J+ (avec Lugol - voir la photo)

je pense que le genre Discostroma pourrait convenir à ton champignon.
J'ai rapidement consulté les clés de Brockman (1976, Sydowia 28) et Paulus et al (2006, Sydowia 58) sans y trouver une espèce satisfaisante malgré tes photos de bonne qualité.
Les spores sont bien hyalines?

Je viens de regarder les spores une deuxième fois et j'ai ajouté
quelques spores de Tarzetta catinus (avec spores hyalines) dans un encart de la photo de Discostroma sp.
Ceci démontre que les spores de Discostroma sp. ne sont pas vraiment
hyalines mais par contre de couleurs grise. De ce fait, il faut que je revois ma
dernière opinion à ce sujet.

the ascospores seem to be brownish. In that case this is Lepteutypa fuckelii. You could send me a part for culturing, if it was not dried by heat. Would be interesting to see, whether it forms an anamorph in culture.
