Un Hyaloscypha proche de H. herbarum

Bonjour à tous, Hi to everyone, Je viens d'étudier ce Hyaloscypha récolté hier sur bois de Pinus .
Apos 0,2-045 mm blanc pur
Spores allongées, souvent un peu courbes, guttulatio (OCI) 3-4, 12-16 (20) x 2,8 -3,2 (3,5)
Asques IKI + bleu , crochets 0, 67 -75 x 7-8
Michel

Re : Un Hyaloscypha proche de H. herbarum
yes, I agree with herbarum and too long asci (even when considering the shrinking effect. But also the karge oil drops in the spores are unknown in herbarum.
What you could do is to measure the asci also in the dead state, to better compare with Seppo. Any photo of the ascus base?

Re : Un Hyaloscypha proche de H. herbarum
Thank you Zotto for your answer .
Yes I agree with the special guttulation of this collection . I tried in several apos and they 're all the same.
Of course asci killed by KOH for example shorten to 50 - 55 µm .
Here is an image of ascus base .
I suppose some new species have been created since Seppo's monography but I did not searched for it. May be someone would help with references ?

Re : Un Hyaloscypha proche de H. herbarum
yes, very clearly without croziers!
I don't think that new species have been described in Hyaloscypha.
In IF I see albohyalina var. monodictys and H, paludicola. Did you try Raitviir's 2004 key?
With 50-55 µm the asci are then not longer than in herbarum.

Yes I tried Raitvir's key too .
No better clue, the ascus size is the same as in Huhtinen's and hairs and spores shapes are different in H. tigillaris (which has thesame ascus length, IKI reaction and ca spore guttulation , but not the shape).
Michel
