I think it is the genus Lasionectria instead Trichonectria because the hairs seem not solitary on your images.
There is no known species which fits with your collection

Thanks, Christian, a genus name is fine! It is well possible that I lost my earlier notes because these photos were made a few months before our crash in 2008. Anyway I had left the files in my folder Trichonectria, so now I moved them.
