¿Why not Capitotricha minutissima? You have here (Ascofrance), another nice collection by Salvador Tello

It would be great to see
- a macro more close, also showing the stipe
- a photo of the ascus base showing the croziers
- a photo on the exterior of the excipulum whether the cells are thick-walled and perhaps warted outside
The substrate looks gramineous, is it something like Ammophila? A cross section of a leaf would show this.
