Woww! I think it is S. coccinea, unless S. macaronesica may occur in Spain.
How large are the apos? And where is it from? Which Phoenix is it, canariensis?

very difficult to distinguish the two. Best would be a sequence :-) They are different and the small apothecia and a little smaller spores are characteristic.
