Trouvé dans la mousse sur branche de feuillu (Corylus avellana/Pessière-Sapinière à 915m).
Apothécies 0.15-25mm, piriforme, orangées à rouge, à sommet recouvert de poils.
Spores septées, guttulées, d'abord hyalin, brunâtre à maturité, 15-18.5x7.5-9.5µm, verruqueses. Asques octosporès, J-, réaction KOH violet.
