Sur tige morte de plante, probablement d'Aruncus dioicus.
Massif du Jura, 10/06/2018, alt. : 1100 m.

Apothécies de 1-1,5 mm de diamètre, grégaires, sessiles, urcéolées puis cupuliformes, déformées par pression mutuelle. Hyménium brun-roux sombre. Marge et surface externe concolores mais couvertes d'épaisses franges de poils blancs.

Ascospores : 4,5-5,5 (7) x 1,4-1,6 (2)elliptiques, avec des guttules, OC 4, hyalines, lisses.
Asques : 20-25 x 4-4,5 µm, cylindriques, peu atténués à la base, à sommet non amyloïde, crochets+, inoperculés, contenant huit spores bisériées.
Paraphyses : filiformes, cylindriques, hyalines, larges de 1,5 µm.
Poils : 40-45 x 4-5 µm, à base élargie, a sommet aigu souvent couvert de cristaux.

looks like Hyphodiscus, but without a clear section of the excipulum and hairs is difficult

Du coup pour le support il pourrait s'agir plutôt de Rubus idaeus...

Enrique Rubio me propose Trichopeziza viridula.

Ça colle parfaitement en ce qui concerne la microscopie.
Il y a en effet des teintes verdâtres au niveau de l'hyménium et de l'excipulum ectal.

Hi Andgelo

Trichopeziza viridula is not a bad idea. This viridula is an undescribed genus, but your species is not viridula, it is closely related. I think it is the same as in my folder "Ayel trichodea-like" in Hyphodiscus aff. (at the moment in Hyaloscyphaceae but possibly more correct in Cordieritidaceae).

Characteristic are the big oil drops in the spores.

Zotto, then I assume this in conspecific with my collections of aff. Hyphodiscus from Tenerife, is it? they were sent to Kadri to get sequences but I am still waiting

Ah, you mean the one from 2008? This may be, but I am not always sure about conspecificiy when only the spore contents look similar.
Isn't it too old for sequences?

I do not think 10 years is too old! probably depend more on the sample and how it was preserved. Anyway, I can find it again when I come back to the Canary Island this Winter! If Kadri sends me the sequences I will tell you.
