Conidia look like Pestalotiopsis. Nag Raj 1993 has P. karstenii and maculans on Camellia leaves.

Hi Joseba,
I think this is P. karstenii, conidia typically with 1-3 apical appendages and without basal appendage.
P. maculans has larger conidia with 2-5 apical appendages and one basal appendage.

Yes Angel, P. karstenii's name is at the moment Monochaetia karstenii. But still the same fungus.

I was referring that there are new genera such as Neopestalotiopsis or pseudopestalotiopsis, which must be taken into account that they are all very similar and can lead to confusion.
