Found on cattle dung.Ascomata globose at first, expanded later, scattered or gregarious, semi-immersed, 0.5–1.0 mm diam. Hymenial disc dark yellow or yellow-brown, plane or concave.
Asci clavate, 255–320 × 45–55 ?m, weakly amyloid.
Ascospores uni- or irregularly bi-seriate, 27–28 × 16–17?m; episporium with rounded warts.
