Re : I need help about this fungus...
The superficial Ascomata and muriform ascospores characters seem to be Cilioplea genus.
There are two species in this genus,
1.Cilioplea coronata http://fungi.myspecies.info/taxonomy/term/4526/descriptions,
2. Cilioplea macrospora http://www.fungiindia.co.in/images/kavaka/50/15.pdf

Niranjan

Hi Zelijko,
I think you should check Boerlagiomyces websteri.
Cheers,
Jacques

Thank you Niranjan.
But this is not Cilioplea species.

Hi Jacques,
Thank you! It could be Boerlagiomyces websteri or something similar.
Needs further investigation...
Kind regards,
Zeljko

Re : I need help about this fungus...
Hi Jacques,
Boerlagiomyces websteri definitely.
Very strange, because this finding is from pretty arid mediterannian soil not even close to any fresh water resource, considering the original description of B. websteri as an ascomycete from fresh water.
Anyway, thank you once again!

Re : I need help about this fungus...
this fungus is poorly known. The few records from freshwater habitats do not prove it cannot be terrestrila as well. In this sense your collection is very interesting.
Cheers,
Jacques

Re : I need help about this fungus...
Hi Jacques and Zeljko,
Talking about freshwater species that can also be terrestrial... Jacques,I recently found one of your creations : Lindgomyces griseosporus, on very decayed poplar trunk, in a wet place but absolutly not in freshwater habitat.
Cheers,
Pascal
