Found on decorticated wood, I think hardwood - Acer macrophyllum.  The perithecia are immature at this point - no asci nor spores seen.  I don't find photos of anything with this tan, tomentose surface to perithecial masses.  We'll check later in the year for development of spores but perhaps someone will recognize it on sight.
