Phaeosphaeria on Equisetum arvense
Alain GARDIENNET, 05-02-2009 23:14
Alain GARDIENNETI've made another recolt on Equisetum, E.arvense in fact.
It's nearly Phaeosphaeria hiemalis but it isn't it. I have good reasons to think it's Leptosphaeria arvensis Speg, a taxa which has been shelved indefinitely ? Has somebody informations about it ?
Who can give me these informations ?
Alain

Hello Alain

Guess you got the short descr. in Sacc. Syll. II p. 81, there is the synonym Heptameria arvensis (Speg.) Cooke (forgot to note citation), that is all i know about Leptosphaeria arvensis at time.

Yes, I saw that description.
I hope make other recolts in order to be able to do a good description of this species.
