Dear Jakob
I cannot recognize anything on your microphoto. Better you make a drawing.
The apothecia appear to change to brownish with age.

Re : Disco on Fagus cf.
Hmm, this is very difficult to comment. The essentioal details are missing, such as paraphysis contents (living state), iodine reaction, ascus croziers, spore contents. Are the hairs smooth?
A calycina perhaps?

Re : Disco on Fagus cf.
This fungus might be special, but I don't get an idea. Whether the hairs are smooth or perhaps rough I am not sure. The apical ring type would be helpful. Particularly the paraphysis contents: If you made the drawing now, the paraphyses are dead and the value of the contents is almost zero. Important is the vacuoles of the living paraphyses.
The stipe aith dark base is interesting in any case.
I am sorry.
