my friend Torsten recently received some unidentified Lamprospora sp. on the moss Aloina sp. for ID purposes.
Being a teacher in normal life Torsten is always more than ready for procrastination and thus found 'something like a Pyreno' growing on the shoots of the moss Pseudocrossidium sp. in the same box.
Pics of 'it' have been taken by Matthias Reul.
Any suggestions welcome.
Thanks in advance,
Marcel
Very beautiful, unfortunately nobody knows its identity.
Cheers, Stip
Yes, amazing fungus.
It looks like Tubeufiaceae and reminds me the genus Caudatispora. Perhaps a good idea for researching.

je vais informer Torsten...
Bonne soirée,
Marcel
