Bonsoir,
Sur branche morte décortiquée et attenante de Salix sp.
Ain, France, le 06/03/2021.
Ascospores : 15-20 x 4-4,5 µm, cylindriques, droites ou un peu courbées, hyalines puis grisâtres et enfin brunes, généralement avec une cloison, parfois deux, septées dans les asques, finement mais distinctement verruqueuses.
Asques : claviformes, contenant huit spores bisériées, très fortement amyloïdes.
Paraphyses : septées, à cellules apicales renflées, au sommet coiffé par un abondant pigment brun foncé.
Je ne suis pas sûr qu'il s'agisse de D. stygia, avec ces spores parfois 2-septées et verruqueuses, non striées.

Despite all but one features congruent with Dactylospora, the ascus type in Lugol does not fit to Dactylospora! (Hafellner 1979: 90). As this author had treated only lichenicolous taxa of Dactylospora, I dont know, if anybody has widened the genus concept in the meantime.Â
Due to results of sequencing, lichenicolous Dacytylospora were put to Sclerococcum in the meantime.
