Yesterday, Katharina and I tried to refind Hansenopezia decora in the area of "Bergsee" near Gschwend (Baden-Württemberg, Germany), without success.But I was not too much disappointed because we found another nice disco.
I saw it severals times in Croatia 10 years ago and in the meantime I tried without success to refind it in Germany and elsewhere, without success until yesterday
The characters are quite identical to the Crroatian material with one (minor but intersting) difference: the ascus-pori reacted red (hemiamyloid) in Barals solution.
@Zotto: would you be interested to get a fresh sample?
I also made some microfotos, but they are not brilliant ...

das ist superb!! Ich hatte schon länger gewartet, dass die Art mal wieder auftaucht. Es ist aber keine Abweichung, sondern was aufNowellia und auch Riccardia gefunden wurde, ist hemiamyloid und hat kleinere Sporen im Gegensatz zur häufigeren Art auf Hypnum, Pleurozium, aber auch Frullania und Lophozia etc.
Also das Zeichnen will ich nicht anfangen, ich habe in Luteodiscus bislang nichts gezeichnet, das muss jetzt alles mit Fotos gemacht werden. Von dieser nowelliae oder hemiamyloideus wären allerdings Fotos von freien Sporen wichtig, hast du da welche?
Sehr wichtig wäre es, den Fund zu sequenzieren, wir haben bislang nur Sequenzen von der euamyloiden Art. Fragt sich wer das machen könnte. Vielleicht Zuzana Sochorova, die eine der drei Sequenzen beigesteuert hat.

ich habe ja noch Frischmaterial und mache morgen nochmal ein Präparat - und Fotos. Publikationswürdige werden es bei mir aber eher nicht werden.
Damals in Plitvice hatte ich die roten Ascusporen nicht bemerkt, sondern sie für euamyloid gehalten. Gut, dass dann also alles passt.
Ich habe derzeit alles noch feucht - für die Sequenzierung: einfach einen Rasen lufttrocknen?

Ja, so schnell wie möglich einen Teil an der Luft trocknen lassen. Möglichst kleinere Teile, also Moos + Pilz, damit das Trocknen nicht zu lange dauert.
Deine Skizzen vom 1. und 4.4.2011 sagen aber "Asci IKI rr hemiamyloid".
Deine Sporenskizzen sind durchaus wertvoll, man könnte sie reinzeichnen. Auf dieselbe Größe bringen kann kann sie dann leicht in Photoshop.
Wichtig wäre, dass deine Fotos skalierbar sind. Wenn man eine Beschreibung macht, dann will man hier und da etwas messen, und das geht nun mal nur mit Skala. Du hast doch auch Piximeter, damit kann man am Rand eine Skala zeichnen.

Ich sitze mich jetzt nochmal mit einem Präparat hin und mache Fotos - wie ich da eine Skala reinbringen soll, weiß ich nicht.

wenn es möglich ist, also genug Material da ist und die Chance besteht, dass ein paar Becher bis nach den Osterfeiertagen durchhalten, würde ich anbieten davon eine fotografische Dokumentation der Mikromerkmale zu machen. Skalen einfügen usw. wäre bei mir kein Problem.
Bei Interesse schick ich meine Adresse per Mail.
