Microscopy was done in water and Baral. Any insights on its identification would be appreciated. Thanks!
Take a look at the iNat observations for photos, because I can't seem to find how to upload them here.

Re : Amicodisca sp. ?
Hello, yes, this is clearly an Amicodisca. A. svrcekii seems close, but that has larger spores with a higher lipid content and grows on wood.
There exists a"Trichodiscus" virescentulus (Mouton) Dennis 1963: 374 on Carpinus leaves (Ellis & Ellis 1985: 70 have a sample on Acer leaves.
Possibly the same is Incrupila sulphurea.
Lothar Krieglsteiner made a collection and drawing on Fagus leaves in Kehlheim (Bavaria). See my folder on Amicodisca.

Re : Amicodisca sp. ?
Thank you, Zotto! It does fit, and there is not much information or observations of it on the internet. I see that IF says the actual name is Dennisiodiscus virescentulus. Is this valid? Or should I call it Trichodiscus virescentulus? I will update the species ID on iNaturalist.

Re : Amicodisca sp. ?
The genus Dennisiodiscus is a Pyrenopezizaceae, and Trichodiscus is an earlier but invalid name for Dennisiodiscus. So you may use in apostroph "Dennisiodiscus".

Hi Otto, I got the ITS sequence back from this specimen, here is the Mycomap blast link and the inat link.

Re : Amicodisca sp. ?
Very good! I see a certain similarity with Amicodisca virella and A. svrcekii, but different enough to be a species f its own. The growth on leaves is also different from those.
Do you have the sequence? I would like to include it in a tree. Does it have an exact date?
