Could anyone provide me with a pdf of Auerswald's Synopsis pyrenomycetum europaeorum (1869) - vol 5/6 in Gonnermann & Rabenhorst's Mycologia Europaea? It's well out of copyright but I can't find it in Biodiversity Heritage Library or other obvious places.
