Maybe you don't know but there is a key to European species of Scutellinia on ascomycete.org website: https://doi.org/10.25664/KEY-0008
I suggest you to try it, then give your result.
There are some mistakes in your document:
- as a member of Pezizales, Scutellinia species have operculate asci
- a spore Q ratio of 0.9 is not possible
- ectal excipulum is in the outer part of apothecia, and medullary excipulum between the subhymenium and the ectal
