On the ascomeeting in St.-Jean-la-Vetre (Auvergne), Piotr Perz found this nice disco (only 2 apothecia). On bark of a 9 mm thick dead Picea branch, 1.5 m above ground, corticated, soc. O. euonymi. Asci IKI-. Sp. *18-22 x (6.5-)7-7.7(-8.2) µm (excl. gel), gel sheath ejected 3-5 µm thick.
The species reminds a bit of Tryblidiopsis pinastri, especially because of the gel sheath around the spores. The dead spores are not constricted at the septa, the living ones strongly so.
Anybody an idea?
Zotto
