Indeed, it is Belonidium aeruginosum, type species of Belonidium, a mediterranean species. The leaves are certainly from a coriaceous-leaved Quercus.
This is morphologically not a Lachnum and is more related to Erioscyphella based on DNA.

Index Fungorum is slow, and when no specialist tells him it will remain so.
