Thank you very much for your suggestions.

Indeed, it looks very much like Dinemasporium strigosum. Using the key, I hesitate with Dinemasporium longicopillatum which is very close to D. strigosum but has long appendages of 11-20 µm and I have measured long appendages up to 14 µm (in fact 6-14 µm.).
