Found by Laurens van der Linde, March 2023 on Rosa.
We are curious about the black green anamorph, could there be a relationship with Schizoxylon compositum?
Greetings, Riet

Re : Schizoxylon compositum and an anamorph on Rosa
Hi Riet,
The asexual morph forming slightly barelshaped arthroconidia is a Hormodochis, probably H. melanochlora.
Both Schizoxylon and Hormodochis are genera belonging to the Stictidaceae. The real relationship between both genera is still unclear.
Regards,
Bernard
